In this data protection declaration we would like to inform you about the use of your data.


§ 1 responsible body

§ 2 data acquisition by server
When you visit the website www.biomanufaktur-erber.de, your browser automatically transmits data that is sent to the server on our website and temporarily stored in the so-called server log files. These are:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the file called up,
  • Website from which access is made (so-called referrer URL),
  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.


The data mentioned are processed to ensure a smooth connection to the website, to ensure comfortable use of our website, to evaluate system security and stability and for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Letter f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest in data collection follows from the stated purposes of data collection. In no case will the collected data be used to draw conclusions about your person.

§ 3 cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small text files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (PC, smartphone, tablet or similar). Cookies cannot damage your device.

The information contained and stored in the cookie is not used to draw conclusions about your identity.

§ 5 Google Maps
Our websites use the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: Google).

To use Google Maps, your IP address is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google Maps is used for the purpose of an appealing presentation and to ensure that it is easy to find. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR.

§ 6 passing on of data
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties on a regular basis. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • You have expressly consented to this, the disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of our legal claims and, after our assessment, there is no reason to assume that you have a legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
  • if there is a legal obligation to do so and
  • this is permissible and necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you.
